かお (The Face 2000 mixed media changeable size) 個展「ｓｅｅｄ たね」のＤＭの余りを使って、修 正液で点を減らすというマイナスのラクガキをして いました。整然と配置された２５コの点に内包され ている関係性....。人の顔に見えるものもいくつか。 その中にひときわ気になるものがありました。まっ すぐ前を見、口は一文字。感情を表すためのもので も、どこの誰であるかを示すためのものでもない、 まるで存在そのものを主張しているかのような 「かお」。 少しでもバランスを崩せばまた「点」に戻ってしま う危うさや、Ｆという規格の四角の中に、はじめか ら潜んでいたかのような妙な確かさにも惹かれ、改 めて作品として提示することとなりました。 笑ってない 怒ってない 泣いてない なんでもない かお。 I did graffiti subtracting dots with white on the rest of the direct mails of my exhibition "seed". The dots relate each other. Some groups look like faces. One group interested me. He looks ahead straight, shuts his mouth. Not to express any emotion, not to designate anybody, but to insist his existence "The Face"seems. His fragility of returning to "dots" if he lost the blance andhis mysterious certainty as if he's been in the square of F-type from the first attracted me. That's why I desided to present him as my work. |
