いろんなであい いろんなかお ("many many meetings many many faces" Since2001 Collaboration with various people Graffiti on "The Face"(copy on ordinary size paper) ) 笑ってない怒ってない泣いてない「かお」。 名前やイミではなく、個の存在そのものを認めたい という気持ちと、一枚の絵画がはじまることへの興 味から、「かお」は生まれました。 が、 これ、ラクガキしてもらったらおもろいんとちゃう か？と思いつき、個展「かお」に来てくれた人達に ハガキ大の「かお」を郵送し、ラクガキして送り返 してもらいました。集まった60枚ほどの「いろんな かお」... 嬉しくなって、先輩クリエーターや美 大の友達に見せびらかしたところ、 私もやりたい、 オレにも描かせろということに......。 こうして始 まった「いろんなであい いろんなかお」。その後 も、ギャラリーで、美術館で、イベントで、学校で、 飲み会で、と展開し、なんだかすんごいコラボレー ション作品となりました。 老若男女、誰にだって絵は描ける。そして描かれた ものが、美しかったり、 ワケわかんなかったり、や たらに描き込んでたり、楽しかったりする その事実に、すごーく魅かれています。 "The Face" has no smile, no anger, no cry. I want to recognize that personal existence can exist independently of its name and meaning. And I'm interested in begining of a picture. This is the reason "The Face" was born. One day, I hit on the idea if everyone gave "The Face" graffitiies, it would be enjoyable. I sent postcards of "The Face" to those who had visited my exhibition "The Face" and asked them to do it and send them back. About 60 sheets of "Vorious Faces" gathered. I got glad and showed them to my friends then they wanted to draw...."Let me do it! ""Let me do it too!" That is the way my project "many many meetings many many faces" started. After that, at the galleries, the museums, the schools, the festivals and the parties.... this collaboration work was greatly developed. Men and women of all ages can draw a picture. And pictures drawn, some are beatiful, some are strange, some are very very complex, some are so funny. I have a great interest in these facts. |
